Washington NEVI Build-Out

Washington's NEVI story is a story about a mostly-built market. The state's commercial charging network already covers I-5, I-90 west of the Cascades, and the major metros — so NEVI money here is surgical, aimed at the specific rural gaps the market skipped. The flagship is Cle Elum on I-90, a 4-port 350 kW Electric Era site that opened in January 2026 and is the first live NEVI station in our seven-state coverage area. The remaining pipeline targets the I-90 corridor east of the Columbia River, where the 90-mile Moses Lake–Spokane gap has been the state's most persistent charging problem.
